The results of this research further Relationship Theory by experimentally applying
the trust dimension measures to crisis scenarios. Clearly trust is a critically important
factor before, during and after organizational crisis and this research furthers our
understanding of how trust is affected throughout this process. Organizations exist, at
least in large part, to achieve success. This success if often measured by longevity and
