On June 2015 ARC 2 was cause FGT line down 95 Mins. Due to packing wrong part 1 Package in the lot QTY: 50 Pcs . And they send information to claim cost to ARC 43K baht.
ARC2 Operations already went to present action plan and real root cause with Thai staff already. Actually claim cost is about 96K Baht. Last information is 43K baht.
But I still need sale help to set appointment with Japanese purchasing MGR in next week. To introduce K Siriwat new comer take care sale & Marketing.
Then I can use this opportunity to say apologize and explain commit to FGT for this time ARC mistake.
