Please note, this is a formal cancellation of our April 11th event at Blue Mountain. Upon sitting down with our insurance, attorney and accountant to review 2014 and plan out the rest of 2015, they pointed out many concerns over the way Blue Mountain is handling this event. Due to not having a detailed contract listing all of requirements, insurance details and expectations etc from Blue Mountain, they advised us not to hold this event due to the liability both us and each vendor is putting themselves at. We didn’t make this decision lightly as each one of us has invested a lot to be part of this event. Please note: all of your fees will be fully refunded during the week of April 6th. A formal email notifying you of payment transaction will be sent so you know when to anticipate your refund. We thank you in advance for your understanding in this very difficult choice that we had to make, but in the end our goal is to make sure each person we come in contact is treated fairly and honestly.
