Job Description:
Manage the team responsible for contract processing and customer care activities of the company.
Supervise personnel and daily operations of contract processing and customer care.
Drive operational and team efficiency, quality and services.
Identify and initiate procedural and process changes to improve contract processing and customer care operations.
Generate, track and monitor various metrics, data and reports to ensure quality and effectiveness of team operations.
Provide support and coordinate training for the development of employees on functional responsibilities and provide new system and development advice to employees to ensure their on-going job satisfaction and professional development.
Coach and assist less experienced staff in meeting expected satisfaction goals/ targets.
Drive the team effectively and ensure operational activities are processed on time and accurately.
Improve operational performance through the development and implementation of action plans
Deal with difficult cases or escalate issues and communicate the situation to various parties in the organization as well as with dealers and customers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Aged between 30-38 years old.
Supervisory experiences to manage a team and drive team efficiency
Skill in developing written processes and procedures for the team
Operational background and work experiences (either contract process or customer care) Collections or customer service experience, experience in leasing business would be a plus.
Strong negotiation and problem resolving skills will play a major role for this position.
Good communication in English.
Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
