The decoded data obtained from UMRR have been
divided into two parts, namely, the training set and the testing
set as shown in the block diagram in Figure 6. Thetraining set was used to train and create a SVC model that is
tuned to classify the vehicles driving in the opposite lane from
other vehicles. The training set was obtained on March 24,
2014. The testing set was used to verify the accuracy of the
SVC model. The testing set was obtained on April 5, 2014
and April 8, 2014. The training set and testing set as shown
in Table 2.
