I am satisfied with your support but I am unsatisfied with Lazada. If you sell a product you should take responsibility of serving the customer regardless it is in your warranty period or not but until it is covered by the supplier. It is a total unnecessary hassle to .run all around bangkok to fix the product which I bought from you store. I am totally unsatisfied buying from Lazada, had I bought it from Central World Store they would service the product for me all I need to do is drop the product at their shop.
