To propose an ad-hoc initiative which includes an in-depth interview to dig out and
identify whether there are any issues / problems among the departments within the
agency or not.
The interview will be conducted with 8 top executives and 8 employees who
represent different levels and sections of the company to uncover issues that are
legitimate and relevant using an expertise of MM on deep listening, asking powerful
questions, human behavior in the work place together with an unbiased
assessment.
Prior to interview sessions, a Half-Day training on real and open communication
will be carried out to empower interview to communicate openly yet productively
during the interview.
If exists, there will be the discussion where MM will design and propose an effective
and relevant initiatives based on the findings with the input from JWT with the
objective of creating a powerful working culture and mindsets required such that
changes can be undertaken to move forward as a leader of the industry.
