Effects of health
Good general health (excellent, very good, good) was experienced quite equally between the groups, 78% in the beginning and 82% after intervention (Table V). Musculoskeletal and psychosomatic symptoms were frequent in all groups, and there were no significant differences between the groups (three educational groups and one control group) or between BASE and FOLLOW UP. The highest frequency of employees with psychological well-being was in CHIEF + WC (78%) at FOLLOW UP and CHIEF showed lower psychological well-being compared with CHIEF + WC (p < 0.000) (Table V).
