1. Control the staff attendant record.
2. Organize the memorandum to be placed for information and compliance.
3. Check the leave form of each department and verify in relating to schedule change, late and absent.
4. Prepare the monthly staff attendant record and forward to Human Resources Manager for further process.
5. Ensure that new hiring staff are well understood the hotel rules and regulation and affix their signature as acceptance.
6. Assist in running the process with the Social Security Office as well as assist staff in case of they need on this matter.
7. Prepare the document for new staff, such as attendant care.
8. Prepare and update staff file into ACC payroll system.
9. Provide the document to be selected “Staff of The Quarter”.
10. Distribute all memos and other information to relevant departments.
11. Ensure the stationary and other materials required are at all times adequately stocked.
12. Ensure that staff birthday name list and card are always prepared available in HR Office.
13. Organize to flow of communications, paperwork and actions through the particular department.
14. Perform the other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager.
