• Coordinating for the conference scheduling both teachers and teacher assistants with administrators included coordinating with maintenance department for staffs’ request, parents and teachers for students conferences
• Management of curriculum documents, students & Faculty handbooks and all of the observation/evaluation reports
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems in elementary school building
• Acquire, distribute and store supplies
• Plan, administer and control budgets for equipments and supplies of 21 departments
• Monitor facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure and well maintained
• Organize the details of special events, travel arrangements, corporate agendas and itineraries
• Manage capital purchases, direct vendor relations, generate and maintain equipment tracking records
• Process monthly expenses reports reflecting supporting documents and budget code indexes
