• Provide administrative and business support of CEO.
• Maintain CEO’s calendar- plan and schedule meetings.
• To coordinate with other department secretary and document control for overdue all project correspondence.
• Remind the Project Manager of any meetings and appointments.
• Reserve meeting room for department.
• Arrange conferences and meetings along with travel arrangements.
• Issue internal document.
• Record all incoming and outgoing document deliverables.
• Management of holidays, overtime and sick leave.
