If after interviews, you can get the right candidates, replace the resigned and transfer numbers. While we finalize how to proceed with the sick supervisors. For "really" sick, I may consider the best solution if they can get medical certification with "not fit to work". While for those still able to work, we need to lay down necessary process, must not leave them doing nothing.
