Marketing and Promotion: During the contract period, Party A shall make every effort to cooperate with Party B's various marketing work, invest corresponding marketing and promotion expenses according to the actual situation of marketing, and work together with Party B to create sales achievements. The second party will submit a budget application for promotion expenses to the first party based on the monthly operational goals and production ratio data. The second party will allocate the promotion expenses to this project according to the actual operating situation. The second party guarantees that the funds will only be invested in this project and prepares financial statements based on the usage situation every month for the first party's review. If the promotion plan proposed by Party B can basically maintain costs and profitability, and Party B is unable to achieve sales goals due to Party A's refusal to cooperate with operational needs and provide promotion fees, Party B shall not be liable for breach of contract for sales not meeting the standards.
