Age 35 above.
Major in Hotel Management or received hospitality industrial training
Minimum 6 years Sales experience in a full service hotel and demonstrated leadership experience
General Working Knowledge: Principles and practices associated with budgeting, labor / revenue forecasting and expense control and reporting. Principles and practices associated with effective inventory and yield management
Advanced Working Knowledge: Sources and availability (internal & external) of support / ancillary systems, services, products, equipment and new technologies in response to customer requirements and market trend
General Working Skills / Abilities: Understand financial reports, being able to analyze data, identify improvement, opportunities and implement effective actions to rectify problems; Establish and communicate realistically and measure production goals and performance objectives to subordinate staff; Understand and apply techniques associated with labor / revenue forecasting; iv. Understand and apply effect practices for selling, up-selling and of catering services, products and facilities; Understand and apply effect practices for selling, up-selling of catering services, products and facilities;. Advanced Working Skills / Abilities; Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations; Motivate, manage and evaluate subordinates toward achievement of established production goals, standards for customer satisfaction and of repeat business; Apply sound judgment in making decisions in accordance with operational policies and practices of the company; Understand and apply yield management principles to maximize overall revenues; Establish and maintain community contacts and local social network to promote hotel products and services
