Job Description:
1.To initiate business ideas and develop project plans to help achieve group corporate strategic goals
2. Inspect business units and analyze flows to optimize efficiency in terms of cost management through lean processing and business process management (BPM)
3.Prudently select and manage suppliers and business partners suitable for the projects Communicate and build good relationship with all stakeholders related to the project in order to align goals and enhance cooperativeness
4.Lead project plan execution, timeline, and budget management to achieve the goals
5.Provide regular project updates by preparing necessary presentations and communicating to supervisors and all related internal and external parties
6. Benchmark and keep track of project performance, taking into account the big picture, quick wins, and long-term goals
