Two students are arguing about whether isometric exercise is more or less beneficial
than weight training. With a classmate, complete two exercises, one using weights, the other using isometrics.
Discuss which workout was more strenuous,which was more beneficial, and which would be considered work according to scientific principles. (You may argue that both or neither are work provided you use evidence.) Then, take the side of one of the arguing students, or argue against both students.
