The determination of total cyanide in various cassava products
using a aquacyanocobyrinic acid (ACCA) chemosensor is described.
ACCA shows high precision and accuracy and the results are comparable
to measurements with isonicotinate/1,3-dimethyl barbiturate
(ISO)
