concentration with respect to the inhalable flour dust (IFD)
concentration, in three kind of bakeries (I= Industrial, T=Traditional
M=Mixed, backing process), is shown in Table 2. The highest of the
maximum IFD concentration was 32 mg/m3, the lowest minimum
IFD concentration was 21 mg/m3 and the mean IFD concentration
was 28 mg/m3. These values can be considered as high, compared
to The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health
(NIOSH) threshold limit value (1 mg/m3).
