that knowledge to those who can benefit from it. Our succession planning process is a very successful
approach for transferring lessons learned and knowledge from person to person. Part of the process is the
mentoring approach used by senior leaders to pass on skills and knowledge. This highly personalized
mentoring and coaching process allows us to pass on subtle lessons and management skills. Another
method of transferring knowledge and information is our previously discussed Organizational Capabilities
Review, which is a succession planning process deployed to all non-production employees. We also
have a number of different databases used to store and extract information on best practices, technical
