The Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) disciplinewas developed around 1960. This discipline helps decision makers
resolve conflicts and form compromises throughout the decision-making process. It has three basic steps. First, criteria and
alternatives related to a goal are identified. Second, numerical measures used to evaluate criteria and alternatives are
identified. Finally, evaluations of the alternatives are performed, resulting in numerical valuations for each. There are some
well-known methods developed within this discipline, such as the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the Multi-Attribute
Global Inference of Quality (MAGIQ), and Goal Programming
