1. Run and oversee the company’s quality management system to make sure that the company complies with quality-related compliance requirements .
2. Advise management on setting up quality management policies and making decisions on quality issues related to materials, products, processes and manufacturing infrastructure.
3. Monitor quality-related key performance measures and report them to management.
4. Gather and report the status of the company’s quality management system to management.
5. Act as a liaison with external parties on matters relating to the quality management system, such as certification bodies and external quality auditors.
