Here below are sale by SKU from Nov 12 - Nov 13.
This could help supplier to plan their production.
Green column tell them the active item.
Blue column is monthly sales qty. Supplier should have stock on their side at least 25% of our monthly sales.
Yellow column is month on hand in BigC. This can tell them the priority SKU to produce their stock. Low month on had is the priority one.
I use to talked to them. I use to gave them same information.
But along the year we need buyer to communicate to supplier also about the changes, promotion, deleted plan, active and frozen SKU etc.
If we are supplier we will invest to product huge stock if we do not know sale plan, when to stop selling, any promotion plan etc.
