Eligible to take without pay for 90 days (excluding the sick leave period).
If pregnant employer work over 180 days, she is eligible to get the pay during maternity leave but not over 45 days.
Female employee is unable to work after delivery, she is eligible to take a leave for another 30 days.
Pregnant employee has certificate indicate that she is unable to work, she is eligible to ask the company to change the job or temporary basic.
If the female employee has taken a leave in full indicated as shown above, the company may terminate the employment with compensation paid.
