Albert Wong was a man who always drank to excess every. Saturday night - too much beer, too much cider and too much whisky. One particular night he was suffering, as was usually the case, from an overdose of all the alcoholic beverages which he commonly drank.
He got in his car. He drove away. He forgot to switch on his lights. Suddenly a policeman sitting in his police patrol car noticed him driving along the road at a speed greater than the speed limit allowed by the law. He chased the man. The chase lasted for three kilometres. The policeman wanted to make the man stop. He succeeded. The man pulled in. He car stopped at the side of the road.
