Primary responsibilities:
• Responsible, manage and coordinate office administration
• Organizing ad-hoc events
• Co-ordinate the daily operation with all divisions.
• Organizing and attending meetings as and when necessary
• Perform all-round secretarial duties including managing day-to-day correspondence, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings, inter office correspondence, making travel arrangement for business trips, presentation materials preparation, documentation and filing
• Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, and taking dictation and minutes when necessary
• Organize, maintains and updates a central filing system for easy retrieval of information
• Welcoming and looking after visitors. Including the need to create a good image, reliability and respect for the people in the organization.
• Manage minor marketing projects-handouts, promotional material
• Project manager as requested by MD
• Care, hospitality / events such as festivals (New Year, etc.).
• Other tasks as requested by MD
Qualifications requirement:
• Female Age 26 - 35 years old
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related
• Min. 3 - 4 years PA/ Secretarial Or in a similar role.
• Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential. (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
• Bright, confident personality
• Able to work at the other Office with MD
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Have a car will be an advantage.
