The results showed that an intermediate concentration
(1.0 mg/l) of benzylaminopurine produced the best results
in almost all the parameters and no other treatment was
better than this. The entire plus or minus deviation from
this particular BAP concentration showed poor results.
The fact that higher dozes fail to manifest their superiority
could be attributed to an obnoxious effect at higher concentration,
whereas, the ineffectiveness of the lower dose
indicate inadequate doze of hormone as a consequence
