Scope of Work:-
Handle work permit and visa process of foreign employees and maintain relationship with the Labour Department and the Immigration Office.
Keep track of expiring visas, work permits and 90 days reports and renew on time
Handle staff transportation arrangements, reimbursements and payments
Maintain records of transportation entitlements of all employees
Complete all voucher payments, reimbursements, cash advance payments and maintain record of these documents being passed to the accounting division
Coordinate purchase of airline tickets with appointed travel agents by following the proper process for approval of air tickets based on best price and employee entitlements
Assist the HR Manager in recruitment
Handle staff rewards and birthday benefits and maintain records on a monthly basis
Assist the HR Manager in conducting regular satisfaction surveys
Explain to employees HR policies and procedures as and when required
Coordinate purchasing requirements and requisitioning for the HR team
