When each head divisions need manpower, they will request to K.Rihito Onuma (Managing Director) in verbal. When K.Rihito Onuma (Managing Director) approved for new hiring employee, K.Kulwadee (HR Manager) will recruit in the internet by specific job description and qualifications. After an interview by head division and/or K.Rihito Onuma (Managing Director), if he accepts the applicants, K.Kulwadee (HR Manager) will negotiate salary and other benefit. If applicants accept the condition, K.Kulwadee (HR Manager) will send application form to K. K.Rihito Onuma (Managing Director) for approval. Then, issued contract to the employees. The probation period is approximately 4 months. When employee pass probation, K.Kulwadee (HR Manager) will print Probation Appraisal that mention to Appointment &Income, Welfare & Benefit and send Probation Appraisal for approval by K.Rihito Onuma (Managing Director). The approval application form and agreement contract are used as source documents to record and calculate payroll by K.Kulwadee (HR Manager) in payroll module with MAS system.
