CRM user rights don‘t distinguish ClickDimensions access:
all templates, images, links… are available to every user risking unintentional damage to other email templates
Working with ClickDimensions requires extra care and disciplined routines, e.g. naming convention and handling of image manager, template manager
ClickDimensions HTML editors require certain level of experience and don‘t always follow common Windows handling procedures (including “copy & paste”), risking unwanted behavior e.g. within email templates
Proper use of HD online style guide (email design template) for a now established drupa quality level of customer communication requires certain routine and understanding of template usage
