•Participate and coordinate with customers to ensure smooth launch of new customers.
•Attend meetings with account managers to provide clarity to the account set-up process and display the value added activities from End to End (E2E) processes.
•Visit customers to gather input and share ideas to build relationships, improve processes and add value.
•Where contractually obliged, act as single point-of-contract and coordinate issues through other functions.
•Identify key operational people at customer locations and proactively call to prevent issue escalations and to support role out of new functionality (e.g. e-Invoicing).
•Ensuring legal/fiscal compliance that is relevant for all customers.
•Act as Sales Support Super User - escalate issues as needed and follow-up to solve it with preventive action in place.
•Execute contract process, complete standard and non-standard contracts include all sign offs and ensure adherence to Due Diligence contract and Health Safety Security Environment (HSSE) and Authority.
•Review contract performance as part of new Sales Contract Management process and monitor contract life cycle.
