The Employee will accrue progressively through the course of each year of
employment 10 days of paid annual leave, to accumulate from year to year.
Approval of annual leave is at the discretion of the Employer, and the Employer must
not reasonably refuse to agree to a request to take accrued annual leave. However,
the Employee is expected to discuss their proposed leave requirements with the
Employer so that the Employer can properly consider how it will coordinate the
proposed leave with other leave and with the various business requirements of the
Employer.
