As we know, Ipsos has switched to Lync and InterCall for online collaboration between Ipsos users/offices as well as between Ipsos users and external clients. Many of us have been using, some have even mastered, the Lync and InterCall services while many have never use both or either of these two services before. To help everyone getting themselves familiar with Lync and InterCall, IT is now going to provide one-on-one training to each of our top team leaders (the Team One) and team-based training to everyone else. It is recommended that those who have already been trained also take this opportunity to retrain so that any questions or anything that’s still not clear can be asked and be answered.
