Interestingly, there was a relationship between the part used and habit of plant.
It revealed that the plants that could be consumed whole or all parts were mostly herbs.
This was because they were the small plants containing soft tissues which were easy to prepare and consume all parts.
For climbers, their climbing stems were utilized in 6 species (50%) and 1 species was used for the wood inside part of the stem.
This was because the climbing stem could be easily reached by consumers while its leaves was far above in the forest canopy.
