From the record of customer’s complain, it seemed that the last shipment of P:22-01-2015, your QC system had big mistake.
Remained qtity of this can code was about 200 cartons, my customer would like to discount 30% to end user to avoid back-shipment. pls adv your comment soonest.
I want to settle this case within this week.
