New support guidance;
From now on, before calling us please registering your inquiry in the ticket portal. The fastest way to receive our support is to visit our MA ticket portal, fill in as much information as you can (screen capture, error message etc.) then you will receive a ticket number. The same ticket number will be used when we contact you for more information or providing resolution. After the issue is solved the ticket will be closed.
Each company will receive a set of username and password. If it doesn’t reach your mail box within 7 days, please contact our support team.
