If the Seller believes in good faith that the effect of such a suspension by the Purchaser will materially increase the costs of the Contract Price in connection with the Work or create a delay in a critical path element of the scheduled delivery date, then the Seller shall submit to the Purchaser a certificate setting forth in detail reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser the basis of and the calculations for the amount of such increase in costs or delay of the scheduled delivery date, including a demonstration of how the Seller will minimize costs and delay within seven (7) days after receipt of such notice of suspension
