To set the manufacturing parameters and specification for the production of Rinbee Makado Sticks with original flavor
mixing procedure (Good for 4 batches)
1. Check and prepare loading esquence of all raw materials. Make sure blender is clean and dry
2. Load RYS-F and PFG into Jinan mixer the start mix.
3. Load all raw material to ribbon blender then start to blend 10 minute.
4. Unload a small portion of the mixture into the banyera, reload the mixture and reblend for another 1 minute
5. Unloading and seveing to protect mixture lumping.
6. Obtain sample for MC, check bulk density
7. Load Mokado Stick Mixture in the hopper
