Participating in business development activities and involved in client servicing new and existing accounts
• Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
• Developing new business opportunities in a given set of accounts or territories to meet the sales and revenue targets in a given year
• Generating sales & marketing reports and forecasts to assist management in business planning
• Conducting cold calls on potential clients to market CNCDATA’ services and solutions
• Involved in planning and preparation of sales presentations
• Responding to customers’ requests/issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure full customer satisfaction
• Provide customer support and manage clients’ expectations in liaison with our Project Management Team.
