• VDI users confirmed that they are able to log in and access the applications
• Users confirmed that not facing slow performance issue when accessing email, share drive and applications today.
The initial root cause is finding some processes from the windows taking high utilization on the Windows 7 client machines which causes the issues. The workaround was implemented by ML AD to disable the windows update service via GPO to mitigate the issue temporarily for the users.
