Drive to Jachim to explore the local life of Jarai ethnic minority in Pleiweh village. Take a leisurely walk to learn about their lifestyle, meet local children in the kindergarten and explore a typical graveyard. Learn about customs and their peculiar funeral practices.
Return to the centre of Kontum for lunch. (Visit Kontum museum, the nearby hotel is at own arrangement, if interested).
In mid-afternoon, drive to Kongklor suspension bridge where two Bahnar ethnic minorities villages, Konktu and Konjori, are located. First, arrive in Konktu and take a walk along the Dakbla River (2 km). You will have a chance to meet local people returning from the farm. Feel the atmosphere of a rustic tribal village lying amidst mountains and river. Return by the waterway rowing a dug-out canoe on the Dakbla River.
Return to Kontum for dinner passing by Konjori village and visiting its imposing communal house “The Rong house”.
