In particular, we studied the antimicrobial activity against three types of microorganisms: i) Gram (+), opportunistic and moderate pathogenic bacteria including Clostridium spp. and Enterococcus spp.; ii) Gram (−), phytopathogens bacteria including Pseudomonas spp. and Pectobacterium spp.; and iii) yeasts, related to phytopathogens or human commensals.
