Information provided at the time of submitting an application for admission such as
“name, address (contact information) and other personal information (hereinafter called
“personal information”)” will be used for notifying an applicant of a result of admission or
admission exam as well as the details of the admission procedure.
The above-mentioned personal information of successful candidates combined with a
Student Card that needs to be submitted at the time of entry will be used for course
guidance, emergency contact and when a student is in need of support for one’s campus
life.
