To serve bar snacks to guests
To report any guest’s comments or complaints to supervisor/manager
To report any equipment failure or breakage to supervisor/manager
To ensure all fridges and work work station are clean and well stocked.
To perform food and beverage mise-en-place
To pass on all relevant information to the following shift
To have a complete understanding and abide by the hotel employee hand book.
To report for duty punctually, wearing correct uniform and name badge, and maintain a high standard of personal presentation
To have a complete knowledge of all menu items
To have a complete understanding of, and abide by, the liquor licensing laws of Victoria
