Just a Friendly reminder for you to do and complete the Mid-Year Review. Just a point for clarification, the Mid-Year review is to primarily capture the progress of your KPI to-date. This is to assist you when it comes to the Year End Review so as by that time, you have a record to basically indicate the agreed KPI.
No requirements to rate the performance yet (either the KPI or the Competencies). What is required is primarily to agree on the KPI, progress to date on the agreed KPI and the discussion on how to bridge the gap in attaining the agreed KPI for the full year.
