Submit a ticket to our General department requesting for dedicated IP address installation.
Dedicated IP addresses are only permitted for SSL certificate usage. Our staffs will require you to provide us with a SSL certificate for installation. If you have purchased a PositiveSSL certificate from us, please instruct us to install that certificate.
Our staffs will verify the domain you want to secure and be hosted on a dedicated IP address with you.
Once you verified the domain to be secured and hosted on a dedicated IP address, we will begin installing the IP address and SSL certificate on your domain.
If you bought PositiveSSL certificate from Limenex, please contact our SSL Certificates Support department 7 days before your certificate's expiry in order for us to renew the certificate manually. Othewise, your SSL certificate may cease to function when it expired.

Our Web Hosting Support department does not have the ability to handle issuance of dedicated IP address, SSL certificate and any other value added services. Please submit a ticket in the General or SSL Certificates Support department to get them issued.
