I gotta say that so far every Thai

I gotta say that so far every Thai person i ever let get close to me has ended up disappointing me. Lying, cheating etc...
I'm not saying all people here are like that but just my track record is pretty bad in the last 7-8 years lol Maybe it is my fault in some way อีโมติคอน grin
Latest one i honestly feel like an idiot but i knew this person for 4-5 years and i really did think i could trust them อีโมติคอน tongue In early 2015 they lost their job because of another person lying and cheating (just as they did to me now which is kinda ironic) so i lend them money for living expenses, job interviews, medical bills, health checkups, uniform needed for new job etc.. This was over a 3-4 month period until they got a new job. Something around mid five figures total. Now it has been 6 months and the avoiding me has started for the last 1-2 months.
Last contact was: I am sorry i am bad you can hate me lol
It is not even the money i can always make more. It is just i work my ass off to make a good living and i was nice enough to help someone who was in trouble and with this latest reply i just feel this person is ridiculing me and laughing behind my back. I really feel like a total moron อีโมติคอน grin
I talked to a lawyer i used before and he suggested giving this to a debt collection agency.Since it is a small amount they will take 50-60% of it and i'll get the rest after they collect. But not really sure it is worth the effort and even with this person's total disrespect i don't wanna ruin someone's life over money but honestly i am pissed off more then i want the money อีโมติคอน grin I would have been ok with even small amounts every month just to show they actually keep their word and i helped someone who deserved it.
Well anyway just needed to vent. Think i'll just keep casual acquaintance relationships from now on. Less stressful in the long run.
