How to make Coconut Blancmange In Strawberry Soup.
YOU'LL NEED...
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup cream, whipped
2 tsp powdered gelatin (sprinkled over 1 1/2 tbsp water)
15 strawberries
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
mint
strawberries
heavy cream
LET'S GET COOKING...
Combine milk and 3 tbsp sugar in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute. Add gelatin and mix until dissolved. Mix in the coconut milk followed by the whipped cream.
Divide mixture evenly into three individual custard cups. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
Combine the ingredients for the strawberry soup in a blender until smooth. Refrigerate.
Serve in individual plates with the strawberry soup and decorate with cream and mint
