Coniine in 10 mg/kg dose did not cause any deaths or complications
in empirical observations, however fasiculations, dyskinesia
and convulsions were observed in doses over 20 mg/kg. Increasing
doses resulted in death. Coniine in 10 and 20 mg/kg doses (sublethal
doses) did not cause any deaths during experiments and in
the following days.Morphine (0.3, 1, 5 and 10 mg/kg) and mecamylamine
(1 and 3mg/kg) application did not cause anycomplications.
Mecamylamine in 3mg/kg dose prevented deaths even in 50 mg/kg
coniine dose which is expected to be mortal for all mice.
