Just unfortunately this time I send again the complaint email is because I feel so upset and down with the angriness for what I got from the services of W88. When I do need to have a fund to continue my gaming and yet not convenience at all to done the bank in part, I requesting on my promotion bonus to payout early but then it was being turn down. I request on advance credit but it also being turn down and lastly I asking for freebets it also not being grant. W88 let me feel that sometimes you are good but not as good as always and before. Few of my request before being granted and I appreciate it but when I'request on special request means I really in the very special condition to ask for it. Talk about the promotion part, 10% deposit bonus daily being drag down to 5% since October onward. Your service and promotion not going to improve but then decrease some how and become worst ever than before. Lack of promotion and didnt have any new promotion is totally bored ! Promotion on those PERFECT ATTENDANCE dragging too long to process and yet only maximum being payout at MYR88 even support for such a long time ! If you compare your promotion with others especially those running VIP members programs as well your promotion is just that fucking shit to show off on the page. Nothing special to become VIP members here and yet getting such a services quality from you guys. For your info, W88 also got good agent and manager but I only manage to name you 3 as only this 3 person I got the help and being respected as the member at W88 now. Mr Andy ~the account manager who I always troublesome a lot nowadays having a very good service to me even he not able to grant my request recently but still he very patient handling my concern whereby I feel angry and rude to him not being grant my request. He's a good manager but unlucky he wasnt my personal account manager and yet my account manager is just not like him with the kind of attitude and responsibility. Come up with the agent Ms Sophia and Ms Candy, this 2 agent helping me and solve part of my issue all the time too whereby Candy I know more longer ago with a good and helpful attitude to serving me with my concern from time to time. Sophia is the only agent I satisfied with since the new batch of customer service team changed before this. She had the same servicing method like Candy even though sometimes I feel not happy with the way she reply to my message but overall she is the good agent and only I feel good in the new team. W88 should reconsider your service quality and also your product attractive on those promotion. Part of my words here is to complaint but at the same time there also compliment to those who really work hard for it. That's all for the time now from me.
