(Chatthin Wildlife Sanctuary; about 200 m elevation; 160 km northwest of Mandalay, Myanmar; USNM 379905) are presented with the terminology of Altig and McDiarmid (1999) and stages of Gosner (1960). As is particularly typical of microhylid tadpoles, these specimens are sparsely pigmented and largely cleared in formalin preservative; staining with Crystal Violet was required to determine even their gross morphology. Specimens were measured with an ocular micrometer and digital photographs were taken.
